The Pist-n-Broke Team deserved some love in there that's for sure. After seeing so many people breaking bolts in their direct mounts in the last couple years, I am not sure I think that adding another piece is a better call rather than a new $100 bar. Sorry NSB, no disrespect, but are the stem/fork companies going to endorse this part or advise to buy a new bar? I personally do not want shims between my stem and crown. yeah Zander way to represent! 
POD! Regardless of production companies having agreements, promoting Manitou with a sponsored Marzocchi athlete in the vid is not only misleading but will cause issues for the rider. My $0.02.
